Electronic Custom Distributors, Inc is actively recruiting a customer-focused, proactive, and experienced inside sales representative with a very positive attitude for the Houston office.
- Manage client accounts. Perform outbound phone calls to existing clients in an effort to support all client needs. Capture incoming calls to address customer service issues, key sales orders, answer product questions, and expedite product shipments.
- Possess strong communication skills. Communicate with outside sales associates to support new and existing accounts.

- Driven, goal-oriented individual that embraces training – both self-paced online training and company scheduled vendor training.

Outside Sales Representative:

- High-energy driven individual focused on performing daily outbound offsite sales calls with the goal of supporting the current client base while aggressively seeking new client accounts.
- Closely manage client accounts. Perform outbound phone calls to new and existing clients in an effort to add new accounts and support all current client needs. Address customer service issues, key sales orders, answer product questions, expedite product shipments.
- Possess strong communication skills. Communicate with inside sales associates to support new and existing accounts.
- Organized individual that exhibits exceptional follow-up skills.
